Lucid Dreaming

I remember that when I had my first lucid dream, it was an exhilarating experience. Although I believe that I was lucid dreaming when I was a child, having lucid dreams as an adult was a completely different experience.

When you find yourself fully awake in a completely unknown place that looks as real as our daily experiences, you start to reevaluate everything that you know about reality and the self.

But what is very interesting is that we all have the ability to lucid dream; for some reason, it becomes blocked. And to rediscover this ability, it is sometimes enough to just know about it and firmly declare an intention to have a lucid dream.

Although I believe that lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences are practically the same phenomenon, some people regard them as two different experiences.

I am not sure if I would have a lucid dream as an adult if I hadn’t learned about lucid dreaming from others. That’s why I want to share with you some interesting testimonies to learn more about this experience.
